Beautiful historic hotel in downtown Ft.Worth. Extremely attentive reception from Jackie. Rooms spacious and beautifully appointed. Breakfast was delicious. We loved being downtown with so many restaurants within a block or two.
$68 for one night of parking when it was advertised as $55 with a $20 credit. I was lied to, not to mention it took 30 mind to get my truck at 7:30 am on a Saturday. The AC also did not work at this hotel. When I escalated the parking charges through Hotels.com they told me to dispute it at the front desk. The charges hit my account after we had checked out and gone home, so what was I supposed to do? Update: They refunded the money from the valet, I consider that good customer service. I would also consider staying here again, just won't be using that valet service.
I went here for a week, first time having a valet service done. Going into it I was super nervous about how my car would be, as I walked up these employees named Joel and Arlen really made me feel safe giving them my car. Amazing valet place, with this first impression, it just carried on through the night
We loved our stay! Tim was very kind, welcoming, and very helpful. . James was stellar for recommendations for food, fun and activities. We enjoyed our conversations. Finally, Jackie went above and beyond with our room accommodations and we generally had a lovely overnight get-away. The hotel is gorgeous antique-boutique, art deco style, lovingly restored with modern conveniences, and the friendly staff made it even better.

Landmark historical hotel in the heart of the historic district. Lovely. Perfectly situated to the bass and waking distance to so many great restaurants and items of interest. The bed was great and pillows were plentiful and soft. The had free loaner umbrellas. I hear the high yea here is phenomenal but I will have to wait for next time to try it. Most importantly every single employee was kind thoughtful and went above and beyond with help and information.
Ralan was very good at driving the yaris. very respectful, handsome, beautiful smile. i need his gmail ASAP. the room was gorgeous but not as much as ralans face.
Joel was our valet & he was the absolute nicest young man with so much personality. He is respectful & responsible treated my car as if it was one of his or his aunties!
